Job summary

phs Wastekit is seeking a proactive Business Development Consultant to drive new business across the North West. You will deliver regional sales strategy, win new customers, and build lasting relationships with key decision-makers while working with the Regional Sales Manager and Field Account Managers.

This role offers a £34,000 basic salary with uncapped OTE (£70,000) and a Company Car or £5,200 car allowance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in developing new business and meeting sales targets.
• Experience delivering against growth targets in a regional/hunter role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into profitable business.
• Experience managing and developing business across a large geographic territory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the regional new business strategy with the sales team.
• Identify, target, and win new customers and convert competitor accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive territory growth.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Accurately forecast sales performance and revenue.
• Represent phs Wastekit professionally in all interactions.
• Maintain records and CRM activity updates.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across sectors.
