Abbott is seeking a Field Territory Manager for the North UK to support the Heart Failure portfolio, focusing on LVAD adoption and market growth. You will engage implanting centres and referral networks, deliver education programs, and provide clinical and commercial support across facilities.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, plus travel across the region and collaboration with European teams. Office software proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent.
• Ability to analyse and evaluate technologically complex devices.
• Ability to work with others effectively.
• Ability to prepare and present effectively written and verbal communications.
• Thorough familiarity with medical device industry policies, operations and procedures.
• Documented record of delivering strategic marketing information.
• Expert verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Driving therapy and market development by supporting implanting centres and educating referring physicians on LVADs, short-term support.
• Developing and delivering Heart Failure education programmes for the UK&I market.
• Managing key accounts, including physicians, KOLs, and procurement teams.
• Providing procedure support in Operating Theatres.
• Communicating Abbott's Heart Failure value proposition through coordinated internal and external messaging.
• Collaborating with European colleagues on strategy, best practice, and marketing initiatives.
• Supporting cross-divisional activities to maximise opportunities across the portfolio.
• Delivering implant forecasting, market intelligence, and maintaining strong referral networks.
