Job summary

Doxis by SERgroup Holding International GmbH in North EMEA is seeking a Regional Director, Professional Services to lead our regional delivery organisation. You will drive successful customer outcomes, develop high‑performing teams, and ensure profitable delivery of complex enterprise projects across the region.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Professional Services, enterprise software, SaaS or technology consulting.
• Experience managing project managers, consultants and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Proven track record delivering complex enterprise implementations.
• Strong commercial experience, including ownership of revenue, margins, budgets, and forecasting.
• Experience handling senior customer stakeholders and executive escalations.
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent engagements across regions.
• Knowledge of governance, risk management, scope control, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Professional Services organisation across North EMEA, balancing customer success, operational excellence, and commercial performance.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Consultants, and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Oversee a portfolio of complex enterprise implementations across multiple customers, countries, and business units.
• Drive delivery performance while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Manage governance, delivery risks, scope, change management, and executive escalations.
• Own project revenue, margins, forecasting, budgets, and overall commercial performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support to secure successful outcomes.
• Recruit and develop high-performing teams; create transparency through reporting and risk management.
• Support growth and maturity of the Professional Services organisation across the region.
