Job summary

Prophix Software Inc. is seeking a Director of Solution Engineering for EMEA in the United Kingdom. You will lead a high-performing team across Europe, guiding finance leaders through discovery and proving Prophix can solve their challenges.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to deliver on the regional pre-sales vision. You will shape the EMEA pre-sales motion, recruit and coach talent, and drive strategic deals with CFOs and senior finance

Qualifications

5+ years in Solution Engineering or presales, incl. 2+ years directly managing or mentoring a presales team.
Proven track record building/scaling presales in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong deal qualification and demo methodologies; ability to coach a team.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solution Engineers across EMEA.
Drive regional growth; contribute to pipeline and revenue.
Be a visible presence on strategic deals with CFOs and senior finance leaders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Services.
Drive consistency and quality in pre-sales processes and assets.
Stay ahead of CPM/EPM trends and market shifts.
