Job summary

CarFinance 247 is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover the Peterborough area and surrounding regions. This role is home-based with a regional remit and a base salary up to £50,000, plus a realistic OTE of £80k and a company car.

You will manage dealer relationships, drive new partnerships and maximise revenue across your territory. The successful candidate will pro-actively grow the motor dealer channel, work closely with an internal Relationship Manager, and strive to exceed sales targets

Qualifications

• Proven track record in selling into the motor trade.
• Experience in account management and business development in motor finance desirable.
• Pro-active, high activity level to meet targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• New business development capable of winning and maintaining accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a regional UK area and develop it.
• Pro-actively acquire new motor dealer partners for CF247.
• Work with existing dealers to position CF247 within their finance offering.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver market-leading service.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain CRM activity and pipeline.
• Conduct business reviews to ensure service and regulatory compliance.
• Attend Head Office meetings one day per quarter.
