Job summary

Wise is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for the Nordics, ideally based in London with the flexibility for remote work. You will own commercial growth with banks and fintechs across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway, shaping strategy and driving partnerships end-to-end.

You'll work within Wise Platform to deliver world-class payment solutions, coordinate with product teams, and navigate complex enterprise deals with Tier 1 and challenger banks.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of deep experience within payments and/or selling technology products or API infrastructure.
• Proven history of managing long, complex enterprise sales cycles from lead to contract.
• Familiarity with Nordic banking landscape and cross-border needs.
• Strong analytical and data-driven commercial acumen for high-value negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Market Strategy: bridge between Nordic banks/enterprise clients and product teams to steer roadmap and expansion.
• Unlock Nordic Scale: map, pitch, negotiate, and close partnerships with Tier 1 banks and fintechs in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway.
