Light is hiring a Nordics Marketing Manager to drive demand for its finance platform across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. You can base yourself in Copenhagen or London.

You will own the Nordics marketing plan end to end, partner with our Nordics GTM pod and work with our central growth team to expand digital demand. Lead field programs across major Nordic cities, localise campaigns and build Nordic press relationships.

Qualifications

• Extensive track record in field, events, partnerships and content for scaling B2B SaaS.
• Experience localising a brand for a Nordic region.
• Collaborative with sales, implementation and customer success toward pipeline.
• Curiosity about how AI reshapes finance teams.
• Excellent storytelling across video, text and memes.
• Fluent English and at least one Nordic language.
• Willingness to travel regularly to the Nordics and beyond.
• Passport for travel.

Responsabilités

• Build and run the Nordics marketing plan with pipeline targets.
• Run field and events across Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo and Helsinki.
• Grow partnerships with accounting firms, advisors, investors and communities.
• Localise our story, content and campaigns for Nordic audiences.
• Create content with customers, product and design teams.
• Work with central growth to scale digital demand in the region.
• Build relationships with local press and Nordic tech/finance voices.
