Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new business for Core Banking Solutions across the Nordics. The role is a pure hunting position, targeting banks and financial institutions with a strong track record of enterprise software wins.

Ideal candidates will have deep Nordic banking relationships, C-suite access, and the ability to open new doors. London or Sweden-based with regular regional travel to Nordics is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience selling Core Banking Solutions or related banking technology.
• Proven success in enterprise software sales within the banking/financial services sector.
• Strong track record of securing new logos and revenue through direct hunting.
• Established Nordic banking network with senior contacts across the region.
• Experience engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new business acquisition across the Nordic region.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to hit targets.
• Build relationships with C-level executives in banks and financial institutions.
• Identify, qualify, and progress complex sales opportunities from prospecting to signature.
• Leverage industry relationships to accelerate pipeline generation.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, solution consulting, marketing, and delivery teams.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage complex enterprise sales processes.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.
• Represent FIS at industry events and customer engagements across the Nordics.
