Arcadis in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Associate CSA Project Manager/Owner’s Representative. You will oversee major data centre construction projects, ensuring every stage from pre-construction through to close-out is efficiently managed. Ideal candidates possess expertise in large-scale technical projects, construction techniques, and specifically data centre projects. You're required to commit to significant international travel, especially to Finland or Norway, playing a crucial role in delivering impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques.
• Experience managing technical disciplines.
• Preferably experience on hyperscale Data Centre new builds or refurbishments.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of hyperscale data centre construction projects.
• Create and establish Master Project Schedule and Budget with clients.
• Manage General Contractor and contracted vendors during construction.
