Job summary

Euro London is recruiting a Polish Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our Nottingham team on a hybrid basis. You will manage orders, communicate with customers in Polish and English, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolutions.

Your role focuses on building strong relationships with key accounts, handling inquiries, processing orders and returns, and providing accurate information on products, availability and promotions.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, order management or account support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good MS Office skills; Excel experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with multiple internal departments.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer orders from initial processing through to delivery.
• Keeping customers updated on orders, shipments and delivery times.
• Handling customer queries, claims and returns.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.

• Liaising with Credit, Planning, Logistics and other internal teams.

Polish Speaking Customer Service Specialist

Location: Nottingham - Hybrid

Salary: £26,000

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Working Pattern: 2 days office / 3 days working from home

We are recruiting for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an established international business in Nottingham.

This is a varied B2B customer service position where you'll manage relationships with key customers, oversee orders and deliveries, resolve queries and work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive an excellent service.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:
