Job summary

Euro London is recruiting a Polish Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our Nottingham team on a hybrid basis. You will manage orders, communicate with customers in Polish and English, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolutions.

Your role focuses on building strong relationships with key accounts, handling inquiries, processing orders and returns, and providing accurate information on products, availability and promotions.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, order management or account support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good MS Office skills; Excel experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with multiple internal departments.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer orders from initial processing through to delivery.
• Keeping customers updated on orders, shipments and delivery times.
• Handling customer queries, claims and returns.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
• Providing customers with information on products, availability and promotions.
• Resolving delivery, pricing, shortage and order-related issues.
• Liaising with Credit, Planning, Logistics and other internal teams.
• Processing credit notes in line with company procedures.
• Identifying potential problems and ensuring they're resolved quickly.
• Looking for opportunities to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
