    Job Description:

    Join our Engineering Team at Telent and be empowered to innovate and drive solutions, working closely with technical experts who take pride in their impactful work. Contribute to building and maintaining the nation's critical infrastructure, ensuring connectivity and protection 24/7.

    The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician will provide administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution in line with procedures and KPIs. The role involves working on a 24/7 365-day shift rota.

    Responsibilities:
    • Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
    • Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
    • Action Service Requests.
    • Allocate/despatch tickets to support and engineering teams.
    • Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
    • Organise traffic management, coordinating with providers and field resources.
    • Communicate with customers about network incidents.
    • Coordinate with utility companies regarding power issues.
    Who You Are:

    Experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, ideally within a NOC environment.

    Key Requirements:
    • Experience with 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
    • Good communication skills across all levels.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
