Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is seeking a dedicated Waiter to uphold the brand’s luxury dining standards. You will guide guests through the Nobu menu, anticipate needs, and ensure an exceptional dining journey with each visit.

As part of a passionate team, you will deliver precise, warm service, coordinate with kitchen and bar colleagues, and contribute to a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing hospitality role, ideally within a luxury dining setting.
• Confident, professional and attentive with a passion for service.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Nobu menus including allergens.
• Guide guests through the menu and upsell where appropriate.
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
• Manage pacing and timing of service for a seamless guest journey.
• Prepare tables and maintain clean service stations.
• Handle payments accurately and close tables correctly.
• Resolve guest queries confidently and professionally.
• Support and mentor new team members.

As a Nobu Restaurant Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering the distinctive Nobu dining experience. With strong product knowledge, attention to detail and genuine hospitality, you will guide guests through the menu, anticipate their needs and ensure every moment of service reflects the standards of Nobu Restaurant.

Working closely with the restaurant team, you will combine confidence, precision and warmth to create a seamless and memorable dining experience for every guest.

You will

• Deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Nobu food and beverage menus including allergens
• Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate
• Take orders accurately and coordinate smoothly with kitchen and bar teams
• Manage the pacing and timing of service to ensure a seamless guest journey
• Prepare tables and maintain immaculate service stations throughout service
• Handle payments accurately and ensure tables are closed correctly
• Resolve guest queries or concerns confidently and professionally
• Support and mentor new team members
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain Nobu service standards
