Job summary

Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is seeking an experienced waiter to deliver the distinctive Nobu dining experience. You will guide guests through the menu, anticipate needs and ensure every moment of service reflects Nobu standards, using strong product knowledge and hospitality excellence.

In a luxury environment, you will work with a collaborative team, manage timing and service flow, and mentor newer staff while upholding Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest facing hospitality role in luxury/fine dining.
• Confident, professional and attentive with a passion for food and service.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Nobu menus including allergens.
• Guide guests through the menu with recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
• Manage the pacing and timing of service for a seamless guest journey.
• Prepare tables and maintain immaculate service stations throughout service.
• Handle payments accurately and ensure tables are closed correctly.
• Resolve guest queries confidently and professionally.
• Support and mentor new team members.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain Nobu service standards.
• Embold Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro in every interaction.

As a Nobu Restaurant Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering the distinctive Nobu dining experience. With strong product knowledge, attention to detail and genuine hospitality, you will guide guests through the menu, anticipate their needs and ensure every moment of service reflects the standards of Nobu Restaurant.
Working closely with the restaurant team, you will combine confidence, precision and warmth to create a seamless and memorable dining experience for every guest.
You will
