Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is seeking a dedicated In Room Dining Waiter for a full-time permanent role. You will deliver seamless room service from order to collection, ensuring every dish and moment reflects Nobu’s crafted hospitality. A polished, attentive professional with luxury experience is ideal.

The role offers a salary of £27,158 plus up to £7,000 pa in service charge and benefits, with a fixed-term contract of 12 months that could become permanent.

Qualifications

• Ideally you bring at least one year of experience as a waiter or waitress.

As an In Room Dining Waiter, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and memorable room service experience for our guests. From the moment an order is placed to the delivery and collection of dishes, you will ensure every detail reflects Nobu’s crafted approach to hospitality. With warmth, attentiveness and precision, you will bring the Nobu experience directly to our guests’ rooms.

This is a

fixed term contract for 12 months though there is the potential for the role to be made permanent.

You will

Provide a genuine, friendly and attentive service from order to delivery and collection

Ensure all kitchenware and dishes are spotless and beautifully presented before reaching the guest

Anticipate guest needs and create a personalised in room dining experience

Handle feedback and resolve issues with confidence and discretion

Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service

Demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to every shift

Ideally you bring at least one year of experience as a waiter or waitress, preferably within luxury hospitality.
