Job summary

Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is seeking an In Room Dining Waiter to deliver exceptional room service with warmth, precision and Nobu’s crafted approach. You will manage orders, delivery, and guest interactions, ensuring every detail reflects the Nobu standard.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in waitering within luxury hospitality, strong communication, and a polished, personalised service mindset suitable for in-room dining.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1+ year of experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• You should be confident, organised and attentive, with excellent communication and a polished, personalised service.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine, friendly and attentive service from order to delivery and collection.
• Ensure kitchenware and dishes are spotless and presented before reaching the guest.
• Anticipate guest needs and create a personalised in-room dining experience.

As an In Room Dining Waiter, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and memorable room service experience for our guests. From the moment an order is placed to the delivery and collection of dishes, you will ensure every detail reflects Nobu’s crafted approach to hospitality. With warmth, attentiveness and precision, you will bring the Nobu experience directly to our guests’ rooms.

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months though there is the potential for the role to be made permanent.

You will
