Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is seeking a Lounge Bar Waiter to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting. You will greet guests, explain menus, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional dining experiences for guests in the Lounge
• Greet guests warmly and communicate clearly to ensure seamless service
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of food and drink menus, including allergens and dietary requirements
• Confidently explain Nobu food and beverage concepts and make thoughtful recommendations
• Read tables and anticipate guest needs, tailoring service accordingly
• Take and deliver orders accurately, coordinating closely with kitchen and bar teams
• Prepare and maintain tables and service stations to the highest standards
• Carry trays, plates and glassware safely and confidently
• Assist with barista duties when required
• Handle payments accurately and close tables correctly
• Empower yourself to resolve guest concerns professionally
• Support and welcome new team members, contributing to a positive team culture
• Attend briefings and meetings, sharing ideas to enhance the guest journey
• Uphold all health, safety and company standards
