Job summary

TLC Care is seeking a dedicated Nurse to lead and care for residents in our care home. You will supervise the nursing team, assess needs and develop personalised care plans in collaboration with residents, families and GPs.

duties include administering medicines per NMC guidelines, maintaining records, and ensuring high standards of dignity, safety and holistic wellbeing for elderly residents.

Qualifications

• NMC RegisteredNurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Ability to motivate and delegate effectively within a care team.
• Strong communication skills across levels including residents, relatives and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the care team and supervise staff on shift.
• Assess, develop and evaluate individualised resident care plans with residents and families.
• Administer prescribed medicines in line with NMC guidelines and policy.
• Maintain accurate care records and liaise with GPs and other professionals.
• Promote dignity, safety and holistic wellbeing for residents.
