Job summary

TLC Care is seeking a proactive NMC registered Nurse to oversee clinical care in our care home. You will lead a care team, assess residents, and ensure high standards of nursing care are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, administering medications per NMC guidelines, and coordinating with GPs, relatives and other healthcare professionals to support residents’ wellbeing.

Qualifications

• NMC RegisteredNurse with valid PIN.
• DBS check required.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Genuine interest in working with the elderly.
• Team player with multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents.
• Lead and supervise care team on shift.
• Assess, develop and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Administer prescribed medicines per NMC guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and liaise with healthcare professionals.
