Job summary

Qualifications

• NMC RegisteredNurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Ability to motivate and delegate effectively.
• Effective communication across all levels and teams.
• Genuine interest in working with the elderly.
• Satisfactory DBS check revealed.
• Team player with multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the care team on shift.
• Assess, develop and evaluate individualised resident care plans in collaboration with residents, relatives and other health professionals.
• Administer prescribed medicines and document in accordance with NMC guidelines.
• Mentor student nurses and carers; participate in mandatory training and meetings.
