Job summary

TLC Care is seeking a dedicated NMC registered Nurse to join our care home team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, lead the care team, and develop personalised care plans in collaboration with residents, families and health professionals.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents' health, administering medicines in line with NMC guidelines, and ensuring safety and dignity for all residents within a supportive multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with valid PIN as required for practice.
• Demonstrates motivation and ability to delegate.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of care.
• Genuine interest in working with the elderly and their families.
• Satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and supervision of staff on shift.
• Develop and review individualised care plans with residents, relatives and professionals.
• Administer prescribed medicines in compliance with NMC guidelines.
• Monitor health status and respond to ill health promptly.
• Ensure dignity, independence and safe moving and handling for residents.
