Keoghs is seeking a File Handler in the Military Disease team based in Birmingham. The role focuses on NIHL and related disease claims, managing own caseload and driving progress to achieve profitable outcomes within defined strategies.

You will review documents, handle disclosures, instruct experts, and liaise with insureds and insurers. The role demands strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure within a supportive legal environment.

Formación

• Experience handling NIHL disease cases or similar claims workflows.
• Strong negotiation and correspondence skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.

Responsabilidades

• Review documents and prepare reports.
• Develop an assistant fee earner.
• Manage disclosure and evidence review.
• Instruct Experts and coordinate with Insurers and Insureds.
• Attend conferences and trials and respond to court timetables.
