• Lead a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities and prioritise deliveries
• Oversee the store operations overnight and ensure safety and wellbeing of colleagues
• Ensure high standards are ready for morning trading and ready to serve customers
• Manage performance, scheduling, and disciplinary processes as needed
