Job summary

Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Chesham is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager – Nightshift to lead overnight replenishment, organise the warehouse and ensure shelves are ready for morning trade.

You will manage a night team, cover shifts when needed, uphold safety and service standards, and drive KPI performance. The role includes a base salary of £31,700 plus a £4,500 night-shift premium, with hours from 21:00 to 07:00 and full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience delivering and monitoring KPIs or other performance indicators.
• Comfort with nightshift working and maintaining a safe, healthy environment for the team.
• Able to coach teams and deliver brilliant customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team overnight to deliver all replenishment across the store.
• Run full store operations overnight and ensure safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are high by morning to serve customers.
• Manage performance, scheduling, and pay accuracy.
