Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking a capable nightshift manager to lead a team overnight, delivering replenishment and coordinating store operations. You will prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse and replenish shelves while safeguarding colleagues and customers.

In this role you’ll drive performance, coach staff, manage disciplinary issues and ensure shifts end with high standards for morning service. A strong focus on KPI delivery and a safe, productive environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering brilliant customer service.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Experience meeting or exceeding KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a night shift team to deliver all replenishment activities across the store.
• Oversee full store operation overnight and ensure safety of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are ready for morning customer service.
• Manage performance, disciplinarys, scheduling and pay accuracy.
