Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking a dedicated nightshift manager to lead overnight replenishment and store operations across one or more UK locations. You’ll supervise a team, prioritise deliveries, safeguard colleagues, and ensure shelves are ready for opening hours.

With a focus on KPI delivery, customer service, and compliance, you’ll coach colleagues, manage performance and scheduling, and work hands-on when needed.

Qualifications

• Track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues to do the same.
• Experience leading a team in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Operational leadership in the absence of senior management.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs across sales, availability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team overnight to deliver replenishment across the store and manage deliveries.
• Run full store operations overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are excellent by morning for customer readiness.
• Manage performance, discipline, scheduling and payroll accuracy.
