Sainsbury's is seeking a Nightshift Manager to lead overnight replenishment and full-store operations. You will prioritise deliveries, manage the warehouse, replenish shelves and ensure a strong start to the morning shift. The role emphasizes safety, colleague wellbeing and delivering excellent customer service.

You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, handle disciplinary matters, and schedule effectively to sustain smooth operations during out‑of‑hours trading.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience leading teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience monitoring and improving KPIs (sales, availability, satisfaction).
• Ability to manage employee relations issues and disciplinary processes.
• Desirable experience working the night shift in high‑volume operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team overnight to manage replenishment and deliveries, organising warehouse and shelves.
• Oversee full store operations during night shifts, ensuring safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
