Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking a capable nightshift manager to lead overnight replenishment and drive efficient store operations. You will supervise a team, prioritise deliveries, and ensure shelves are replenished while maintaining safety standards.

Work is full-time over 4 nights with a £4,500 premium on top of base salary, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for progression within the business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering frontline customer service.
• Experience leading a team in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
• Operational leadership with responsibility for store operations in absence of senior managers.
• Experience delivering and monitoring KPIs or performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities and prioritise deliveries.
• Run full store operations overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are excellent by morning so we can serve customers.
• Oversee scheduling, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
