Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for nightshift at Fairfield Park Store, Bedford. The role covers leading overnight replenishment, organising warehouse operations, and ensuring shelves are stocked for morning service.

You’ll manage a team, oversee performance and discipline, and ensure payroll accuracy. The nightshift runs 22:00–08:00 with a £4,500 premium, and the role is full-time permanent.

Qualifications

• Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Experience leading a team overnight.
• Comfortable with nightshift working and prioritising safety and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store and manage deliveries.
• Run full store operations overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are brilliant by morning for customer service.
• Manage performance, capability, disciplinaries, scheduling and payroll accuracy.
