Sainsbury's Limited in Plymouth is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager – Nightshift to lead overnight replenishment and store operation, driving availability and service. You’ll manage a night team, prioritise deliveries, and safeguard colleague wellbeing in a fast-paced setting.

The role is permanent, full-time with 7-night availability (4 nights per week) and a base salary of £31,700 plus a £4,500 premium for night shifts.

Qualifications

• 7 night availability is essential.
• Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Ability to lead a team overnight and ensure safety and wellbeing of colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight replenishment across the store while prioritising deliveries and organising the warehouse.
• Often run a full store operation overnight and oversee shift safety and colleague welfare.
• Ensure high standards are maintained so the store is ready to serve customers in the morning.
• Manage performance and scheduling, including disciplinaries and pay accuracy.
