You will manage a team, arrange schedules and payroll, coach colleagues and drive KPIs across sales and availability. A £4,500 night shift premium is paid on top of base salary, reflecting the demanding hours and responsibility involved.

Qualificações

• Proven track record in leading teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience managing shift schedules, payroll and disciplinary issues.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to coach colleagues.
