Sainsbury's nightshift managers lead a full-store operation overnight, supervising replenishment, organising the warehouse and ensuring shelves are stocked. You’ll be hands-on, prioritising deliveries and keeping safety and morale high.

This full-time role includes managing performance, scheduling and pay, with a £4,500 premium on top of the base salary. The package also features discounts, a bonus scheme, pension matching, and wellbeing support.

Formación

• Track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues to do the same.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment—motivating others and keeping operations running smoothly.
• Operational leadership with responsibility for store operations in the absence of more senior managers.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs (sales, availability, customer satisfaction, colleague engagement).
• Experience managing employee relations issues, including performance and absence management.
• Desirable - has worked night shifts in a high-volume, operational environment and created a safe, supportive atmosphere during out-of-hours trading.

Responsabilidades

• Lead overnight replenishment and prioritise deliveries while organising the warehouse and replenishing shelves.
• Often run a full store operation overnight, responsible for the full shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are brilliant come morning so we’re ready to serve customers.
• Manage scheduling and pay, oversee performance and conduct disciplinaries.
