Sainsbury's is seeking a dedicated Nightshift Manager to lead a store overnight, ensuring replenishment, safety, and seamless operations. You will supervise a team, manage performance, and uphold high standards to prepare the store for the morning rush.

With a focus on customer service excellence and inclusivity, you’ll drive KPI performance and create a supportive, productive environment for colleagues during out-of-hours trading.

Competenze

• Track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues to do the same.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment—motivating others and keeping operations running smoothly.
• Operational leadership skills—taking responsibility for store operations in the absence of senior managers.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs (sales, availability, customer satisfaction, colleague engagement).
• Experience managing employee relations issues, including performance and absence management.

Mansioni

• Lead overnight replenishment across the store, prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse and replenish shelves.
• Oversee full store operations overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are excellent by morning so customers are served promptly.
• Manage performance, capability, disciplinaries, scheduling and pay for the team.
