Job summary

Sainsbury's in Weston-super-Mare is seeking an experienced Nightshift Manager to lead a store overnight, ensuring replenishment, safety and smooth operations. You’ll manage a team, schedule shifts, coach colleagues and drive KPIs such as availability and customer satisfaction.

You’ll work four nights per week with a £4,500 premium on top of your base salary, with development opportunities and a strong focus on inclusion and colleague welfare.

Qualifications

• Brilliant customer service and coaching of colleagues.
• Proven leadership of fast-paced, customer-facing operations.
• Ability to meet or exceed KPIs (sales, availability, satisfaction, engagement).
• Experience handling employee relations issues (performance, absence).
• Desirable: night shift experience in high-volume operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight team to deliver replenishment and store readiness.
• Oversee full store operation overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are excellent by morning for customers.
