Job summary

Sainsbury's in Frome is seeking a dedicated nightshift manager to lead a full store operation overnight, coordinating replenishment, warehouse prioritisation and shelf replenishment while ensuring safety and service readiness. You will manage people, performance and scheduling, and be comfortable working nights with a focus on delivering brilliant customer service and meeting KPIs.

The role offers a full-time, four-night pattern with a £4,500 premium on top of base salary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high standards of customer service.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced, store operations.
• Ability to manage performance and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight replenishment and store operations.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of colleagues during night shifts.
• Coach the team to maintain high standards and discipline as needed.
• Schedule and manage payroll accuracy and shift coverage.
