Responsibilities

• Lead overnight replenishment and prioritize deliveries, organise warehouse and shelves.
• Run a full store operation overnight and ensure team safety and wellbeing.
• Ensure standards are ready for morning service to customers.
• Manage performance, disciplinaries, scheduling and payroll.
