Job summary

Sainsbury’s Group operates as a leading UK retailer and is seeking an experienced night shift manager to run overnight replenishment and store operations. You will oversee a team, prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse, and ensure shelves are replenished and standards are high for morning service.

The role requires strong people leadership, experience managing performance and disciplinaries, and the ability to work autonomously during night shifts while keeping safety and customer service

Qualifications

• Team leadership and people management skills.
• Experience delivering and monitoring KPIs or other performance indicators.
• Comfort with nightshift working and physical/mental demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight replenishment and store operations, prioritising deliveries and stocking.
• Manage performance, capability, disciplinaries, scheduling and payroll accuracy.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of colleagues and maintain high standards for the morning shift.
