• Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store whilst prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse and replenishing shelves.
• Running a full store operation overnight and ensuring safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensuring standards are brilliant come morning so we’re ready to serve customers.
• People management, performance, disciplinary handling, scheduling and pay accuracy.
