Job summary

Sainsbury's Group in Southampton is seeking a nightshift manager to lead an overnight replenishment team. You will run the full shift, prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse and replenish shelves while safeguarding colleagues' wellbeing and maintaining safety standards.

You will coach and manage people, monitor KPIs, handle disciplinary matters, and ensure high-quality customer service as operations continue through the night into the morning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading overnight replenishment in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams during night shifts.
• Strong focus on customer service and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead an overnight team to deliver all replenishment activities across the store.
• Run a full store operation overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are excellent by morning for customers.
• Manage performance, capability, schedule and pay, including disciplinaries.
