Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking a dedicated Nightshift Manager to lead an overnight team in our Plymouth store. You will drive replenishment, organise the warehouse, and ensure shelves are stocked ahead of the morning rush.

You will also be responsible for safety and wellbeing during the night shift and for maintaining high service standards. The role requires line management experience, KPI-driven performance, and the ability to operate independently during night hours.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced retail.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Experience managing employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Comfortable working night shifts and overnight operations.
