Job summary

Sainsbury's Limited in Cambridge is seeking a Nightshift Customer and Trading Manager to lead overnight replenishment and store operations. You’ll manage a team, prioritise deliveries, and ensure shelves are stocked and ready for customers at opening time.

You'll be responsible for safety, scheduling, and performance, coaching colleagues to deliver top service, while meeting KPI targets and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment during out-of-hours trading.

Qualifications

• Leading a team overnight to deliver replenishment and prioritise deliveries.
• Experience in people management, scheduling and disciplinary processes.
• Ensuring safety, product availability and store standards overnight.
• Coaching colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and KPI results.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight team to deliver all replenishment activities and organise warehouse and shelves.
• Run full store operation overnight and ensure safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are excellent by morning for customer service.
• Manage performance, scheduling, discipline and payroll accuracy.
