Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking a dedicated nightshift manager to lead overnight replenishment and store operations in Cambridge. You will hands‑on manage deliveries, organise the warehouse, and ensure shelves are stocked by morning. You’ll oversee safety, coach colleagues, and drive performance across KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team in a fast-paced store environment.
• Strong focus on customer service and colleague coaching.
• Ability to meet and exceed KPIs across store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight replenishment and prioritise deliveries to shelves.
• Run a full store operation overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Ensure morning standards are ready for customers.
• Manage performance, disciplinaries, scheduling and pay.
