Job summary

MERKUR Slots is seeking a Keyholder for Nights in Leigh. This 30-hour per week role pays £13.08–£14.08 per hour, with a night rate of £14.08 between 23:00 and 06:00. You will help open and close the venue and ensure excellent service and safety for guests.

Youll lead by example, manage cash handling, and support the Venue Manager while delivering a great gaming experience. Weekend and bank holiday work is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the venue in the absence of the Venue/Assistant Manager.
• Maintain high standards of venue housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Issue change and manage personal float according to procedures.
• Assist with bingo, catering or other duties as required.
• Payout for machine faults when authorised by management.
• Monitor customer behavior and report concerns to management.
• Follow health and safety procedures and report hazards.
• Support promotions and uphold company service standards.
