Job summary

MERKUR Slots UK Ltd is seeking a part-time Team Member Nights in Millfield. This 18-hour-per-week role pays £12.84–£13.84 per hour, with night hours from 23:00 to 06:00. You’ll help deliver a warm welcome and great gaming experiences, on a rota that includes weekends and bank holidays.

Join a team focused on excellent service, training, and career progression while upholding brand standards and safeguarding policies. Full training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Flexible and dedicated.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure venue housekeeping is maintained to high standard, including cleaning gaming equipment, floors and surfaces.
• Serve rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and report any suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration as required to 100% accuracy.
• Support promotions and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Deliver customer service in line with company standards and achieve customer satisfaction.
