Job summary

Ibis Glasgow is seeking a Multi Skilled Team Member for Nightshift to deliver warm, attentive service across Front Office and Food & Beverage. You’ll work nights on a 22:50–07:10 rota, 169 hours per month, at £13.25 per hour, ensuring guests feel welcome from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Warm, personable customer service with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced, high-volume hotel environments.
• Flexible and adaptable, with experience supporting multiple departments including Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Reservations.
• Consistently maintaining high standards of cleanliness across public areas and workspaces.
• Collaborative and team-focused, with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient, reliable, and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask effectively and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
• Be flexible and proactive, ready to support guests throughout their entire stay, from check-in to check-out and everything in between.
• Provide support across various Food & Beverage areas, including Breakfast, Bar, and Night operations.
• Assist the Reservations and Back Office Teams when required, adapting to the needs of the business.
• Take pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience and consistently maintaining high service standards.
• Be passionate about hospitality and committed to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.
