Job summary

Ibis Glasgow is seeking a proactive Multi-Skilled Team Member to join our Front Office and Food & Beverage teams. You’ll welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and support breakfast, lunch, and dinner services while assisting with reservations and back-office tasks.

Fluency in English and a friendly, professional approach are essential. The role offers full-time hours, flexible shifts (Early, Mid, Late), and opportunities to grow within the Accor family across 5000 hotels worldwide.

Hours: Full Time - 169hrs per month (monthly rota)

• Shift Pattern:
  • Early: 06:50am - 15:10pm
  • Mid: 12:00pm - 20:20pm
  • Late: 14:50pm - 23:10pm

This is a multi-skilled role incorporating both Front Office and Food and Beverage Duties in line with the business demands

Have the ability to multi-task and have a can-do attitude in this exciting fast-paced environment.

Flexible and always ready to assist at any stage of the guests’ stay, from check-in to check-out and everything in between.

This may include working in the Food and Beverage outlets including Breakfast, Bar, Lunch and Dinner and supporting the Reservations and Back Office Teams when needed.

As a passionate individual, you will be dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.

To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.

• A varied role combining Front Office and Food & Beverage duties.
• Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, supporting bar operations, and assisting with reservations and back-office tasks.
