Job summary

Ibis Glasgow is hiring a Full-time Multi-Skilled Team Member to cover Front Office and Food & Beverage duties. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and assist with breakfast, lunch and dinner service.

This is a multi-skilled role incorporating both Front Office and Food and Beverage Duties in line with the business demands

Have the ability to multi-task and have a can-do attitude in this exciting fast-paced environment.

Flexible and always ready to assist at any stage of the guests stay, from check-in to check-out and everything in between.

This may include working in the Food and Beverage outlets including Breakfast, Bar, Lunch and Dinner and supporting the Reservations and Back Office Teams when needed.

As a passionate individual, you will be dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.

To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
