Job summary

Our Ibis Glasgow hotel, part of Accor, is seeking a Multi Skilled Team Member for night shifts. The role combines Front Office and Food & Beverage duties to meet guest needs, with a friendly, proactive approach and a strong emphasis on service quality.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting Breakfast, Bar, and Night operations, while assisting Reservations and Back Office teams as required. English fluency is essential.

• Assist Reservations and Back Office Teams when required, adapting to business needs.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain high service standards.
