Job summary

Northcare (Scotland) Ltd, a leading provider of nursing care homes in Scotland, is seeking compassionate Care Assistants for 3 Bridges Care Home in Cathcart, Glasgow. This permanent, full-time role offers night shifts on a 14-day rota at £13.45 per hour.

You will deliver personal care, assist with mobility, meals, hydration, and companionship. Full training will be provided; prior care experience is welcome but not essential. Right to work in the UK is required; sponsorship is not available.

• Full training provided prior to clinical duties.

Responsibilities

Job Description – Health Care Assistant
Location: 3 Bridges Care Home, Cathcart
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Hours: Full-time Nightshift Rotas available, working 7 shifts across a 14 day period
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our team and provide high-quality support to individuals in 3 Bridges Care Home. At Northcare, you are more than a care worker. About the Role

As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care and support to residents
• Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Supporting residents with meals and hydration
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Promoting residents' independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Assisting residents with daily activities and social engagement
• Working closely with senior carers and healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns appropriately
