Northcare (Scotland) Ltd in Stirling is seeking a compassionate Health Care Assistant to provide high-quality support to residents at Northcare Residences. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily activities, maintaining dignity and independence while recording care details and collaborating with senior carers.

This is a full-time, permanent role with training, pension options, staff benefits, on-site parking, and complimentary meals on shift.

Job Description - Health Care Assistant
Location: Northcare Residences - Stirling
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Full-time
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our team and provide high-quality support to individuals in Northcare Suites. At Northcare, you are more than a care worker. About the Role

• Providing personal care and support to residents
• Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Supporting residents with meals and hydration
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Promoting residents' independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Assisting residents with daily activities and social engagement
• Working closely with senior carers and healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns appropriately

What We're Looking For

• A caring, respectful, and patient approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and professionalism
• Ability to work in a fast-paced care environment
• Previous care experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays where required
